Return & Refund Policies

Anderson Bros. Jewelers is dedicated to our customer service and providing the most positive shopping experience for all of our shoppers. If, for any reason, you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact returns@andersonbrosjewelers.com. To start a return online, please visit our returns center.

IN-Person ReturnS

To request a return, visit our showroom and one of our employees will be happy to work with you on this return. If you are approved for a return, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. 

Full priced items in original condition and packaging are eligible for return for refund or exchange within 7 days of receipt. Please note that discounted or customized items are final sale and are NOT eligible for return. Any ring purchased online that is not a size 6 (our in-store sample size) will be placed as a custom order and thus not eligible for return. 

Other instances we may not be able to offer a refund include but are not limited to: items not in original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error are not eligible for return etc.

EXCHANGE Policy

To make an exchange, please visit our showroom and one of our employees will be happy to work through this with you. Unfortunately at this time, we do not offer direct exchanges through the site.  If you’d like to exchange a product, we can refund you the cost and you will have to place a new order online through our website.

REPAIR Policy

To request a repair on a piece you purchased with us, please send an email to orders@andersonbrosjewelers.com with the following information:

  • Contact name
  • Telephone number
  • Proof of purchase (for example, an order confirmation or receipt)
  • A brief description of the problem

Upon receipt of the above information, we will assess and authorize the repair. All repairs are subject to additional shipping charges. Repairs performed by Anderson Bros. Jewelers come with a 6 month warranty on workmanship, excluding damage caused by everyday wear and tear.

WARRANTY Policy

All jewelry purchases come with a one year manufacturer’s warranty. Based on brand, all watch purchases come with a 2-5 year manufacturer’s warranty. Unfortunately at this time, we cannot offer any warranty policy on  crystal, glass, and giftware items.
